How metal print is made:

Your image is first printed to a transfer paper, then infused into Chromaluxe metal by heat and pressure. This process combined with our custom made color profiles give true to life colors and exceptional detail. Multiple framing options are available for metal prints in our order configuration page.

Note:

All metal prints are printed at actual size and then machine cut 1/8th smaller on all sides. If you order a 24 x 36", your final print size will be 23.75 x 35.75". Any Metal Print which does not fit in a 20x26” box, will be shipped in a custom made crate lined with foam.

Note: Orders under $1000 typically ship via UPS.  Small prints may ship USPS.  Orders over $1000 typically ship freight.  Any print which does not fit in a 12”x24” or 20”x26” box will ship in a custom built crate, lined with foam.  Most photo prints over 8”x12” are shipped rolled, unless many prints to an order.  For any questions about shipping please email gregwytcherley@gmail.com

How is my order packaged?

-Photo Prints: 

For small photo print sizes, we will ship them in a flat envelope.

For large photo print sizes, we will ship them rolled up in a thick cardboard tube.

For large quantity print orders, we will ship them in a sturdy box.

Canvases, Metals, and Acrylics:

Smaller prints of these mediums will be shipped in a 20x26" box. If the prints do not fit comfortably and safely in this box, we will build a custom crate for them.

Our crates are made with high quality plywood and all come with custom foam lining on the inside. 

If any prints are damaged in shipping, we kindly ask you take plenty of photos before opening and send all information to gregwytcherley@gmail.com.
